Are your products pure brass?+
Yes. Every piece is solid brass — never plated or coated aluminium. Weights listed are actual product weights.
How do I clean and care for brass?+
Wipe with a soft dry cloth after use. To restore shine, rub gently with lemon and salt, tamarind paste or pitambari powder, then rinse and dry fully.
Will the colour change over time?+
Brass naturally develops a warm patina. This is a sign of genuine metal and can be polished back at any time.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your PIN code.
Is shipping free?+
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,999. A flat ₹99 applies to smaller orders.
Can I return a product?+
Yes, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+
Payment options, including COD, will be announced when online ordering goes live.
